Refund policy
If we do not deliver, or the code we deliver does not work, you get a full refund in the coin you paid — no argument, no restocking fee. We aim to resolve every refund within 48 hours of the report. This policy is deliberately generous, because reputation is the only collateral we have.

Full refund, always
- We did not deliver within 12 hours. The clock starts when your payment confirms on-chain.
- The code is invalid, already redeemed or drained. Report it and choose a refund or a replacement — your call, not ours.
- We cancelled or could not source your order. Refunded in full without you having to ask.
- You paid and we never opened an invoice, or the invoice failed.
Case by case
- Wrong region, code unused. You acknowledged the region at checkout, so this is not automatic — but if the code has not been redeemed we can usually help, by exchange or refund. Tell us quickly.
- Partial payment. Underpaid orders go to review. You can send the shortfall or take a refund of what arrived, minus the network fee.
- Overpayment. Refunded, or applied to your next order, whichever you prefer.
No refund
- A working code was delivered and redeemed. Once value has moved to your account, we cannot get it back. This is stated at checkout before you pay.
- You changed your mind after redemption.
- The vendor suspended or restricted your account for reasons unrelated to the code we sold you.
- You sent crypto to the wrong address or the wrong network. Those funds never reached us and nobody can recover them.
Our bias in year one is to over-refund. If a case is genuinely ambiguous, we would rather lose the margin than have you tell people we kept your money. That is not generosity, it is arithmetic.
Questions
How do I ask for a refund?
Reply to your order email or message us on Telegram with your order number. We answer during 08:00–02:00 UTC and aim to resolve refunds within 48 hours of the report.
Which coin do I get back?
The one you paid in, to an address you give us. Crypto values move; we refund the coin amount received, not a dollar figure, unless you ask otherwise.
Who pays the network fee on a refund?
We do, on refunds that are our fault — undelivered, invalid or drained codes. On discretionary refunds the network fee comes out of the amount returned.
Can I cancel before you deliver?
Yes, if we have not yet sourced the code. Message us immediately. Once a code has been bought on your behalf we can rarely return it.
