Terms of sale
These terms cover what we sell, when it arrives, and what happens when something goes wrong. They are written to be read rather than to be survived. Buying from us means you accept them.
1. Who we are

GiftClaude is an independent retailer of digital gift cards and prepaid codes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic, OpenAI, Amazon, Apple, Google, Netflix, Spotify, Valve, Sony, or any other brand listed. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. We do not sell accounts and never access customer accounts. Redemption is subject to the issuing vendor's own terms.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a digital code, redemption link or prepaid voucher that you redeem yourself, on your own account, with the issuing vendor. You are not buying an account, a login, or access through our credentials, and we never sell those.
Redemption is governed by the issuing vendor's own terms, not ours. We cannot override their rules on regions, expiry, eligibility or account status.
3. Delivery
We promise delivery within 12 hours of your payment confirming on-chain. In practice most orders are delivered in under 30 minutes during our published support hours, 08:00–02:00 UTC. Orders placed outside those hours are delivered from 08:00 UTC.
Codes are sent to the email address given at checkout and shown on the private order link. It is your responsibility to give a working address; we cannot recover an order sent to an address you do not control.
4. Region locks
Most gift cards only work on the storefront and in the currency they were issued for. The region is stated in the product title, in the price box, and as a required acknowledgement before payment. Redeeming a code against the wrong region will fail, and that failure is not a defect in the code.
5. Payment
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, at a fixed rate quoted on the invoice. Minimum order $15.00. Maximum 5 units per order.
Crypto payments are irreversible. There is no chargeback mechanism. If you send to the wrong address or on the wrong network, the funds cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else.
If the amount received is short of the invoice — commonly because an exchange deducted its withdrawal fee — the order goes to manual review rather than failing. We will either complete it or refund you in full.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: undelivered or invalid codes are refunded in full in the coin you paid; a working code that has been delivered is not refundable.
7. Resale and abuse
Codes are sold for your own use. Bulk purchase for resale is not permitted, and we may decline or refund orders that appear to be for resale, fraud, or evasion of a vendor's regional pricing. We may refuse any order, and will refund in full when we do.
8. Sanctions
We do not sell into jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. Orders from those locations are declined at checkout.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for a vendor's decision to restrict, suspend or terminate your account with them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the last-updated date is shown above.
