- Google Play and Apple balances are tied to your account country — a US code will not credit an Indonesian account.

Which Indonesian cards will never work abroad
These are card schemes, not individual banks. A scheme is a stable fact: if your card is on a domestic-only network, no setting, app toggle or phone call makes it work on a foreign checkout.

- Indonesia's domestic scheme. GPN-only cards work locally and are not accepted internationally, even though the card looks conventional.

Check the network marks on the card and ask your bank. A GPN-only card cannot be made to work on a foreign checkout; an international card may simply need e-commerce enabled.
Will a US Google Play code work on my Indonesian account?
No. Play balance is tied to your payments profile country. An Indonesian profile cannot redeem a US code, and changing Play country is deliberately awkward.
