Why Algerian cards get declined
- Domestic-scheme cards are not enabled on international networks, so foreign checkouts refuse them regardless of balance.
- Currency controls limit how much foreign-currency spending a personal card can carry, and online subscriptions are frequently outside what is permitted.
- Some services block the country at the processor level, so the card never gets as far as your bank.
